The 3 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari is a short but rewarding Uganda safari designed to showcase the highlights of Murchison Falls National Park. The experience combines wildlife game drives, a scenic boat cruise along the Victoria Nile, spectacular views of Murchison Falls, and an optional rhino-tracking experience at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Murchison Falls is particularly known for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles and opportunities to see lions and other predators.

Day 01 :

Kampala/Entebbe – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park

our safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Kampala or Entebbe. Drive northwards through Uganda's scenic countryside towards Murchison Falls National Park. An optional stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary allows you to participate in guided rhino tracking and learn about Uganda's rhino conservation programme.

After lunch, continue towards Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, visit the Top of the Falls, where the Victoria Nile is forced through a narrow gorge, creating the spectacular Murchison Falls. Enjoy photography and panoramic views before proceeding to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 02 :

Morning Game Drive – Nile Boat Cruise – Murchison Falls

Wake up early for breakfast before heading into the northern sector of the park for a morning game drive. This is one of the best times to explore the savannah and search for wildlife. You may encounter elephants, Rothschild's giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs and, with luck, lions, leopards and hyenas. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.In the afternoon, head to Paraa Jetty for a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. The cruise offers excellent opportunities to see large concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles, as well as elephants, buffaloes and numerous water birds along the riverbanks. The cruise to the bottom of the falls covers approximately 17 km and typically takes about three hours. After the cruise, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.Accommodation: Safari lodge/camp

Day 03 :

Morning Game Drive – Return to Kampala/Entebbe

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive through the park. This provides another opportunity to search for wildlife that may not have been seen on the previous day's drive.

After the game drive, leave Murchison Falls National Park and begin the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe, with lunch en route. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence or Entebbe International Airport, marking the end of your safari.
